This summer, SLC Libraries is excited to be one of the 18 Ontario College Libraries participating in the launch of Page 1+, the new library search tool from College Libraries Ontario (CLO). Information about the new library system project has been previously shared at Academic Council and Learning Connections.
Page 1+ gives you easy access to the SLC Libraries collection. The resources we maintain are hand-selected to be up to date and relevant to the specific programs offered by St. Lawrence College. With its intuitive design and powerful engine, Page 1+ empowers our students to complete their assignments more efficiently and effectively than ever before.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Page 1+ is convenient. Regardless of where, when, or how you choose to access Page 1+, you’ll find the information you’re looking for, fast.
- Page 1+ is easy. With its single sign-on feature, discovering and accessing resources is a seamless experience.
- Page 1+ is backed by your College Library. Our library team oversees both the platform and the collection, and we are available to provide support to you, whenever it’s needed.
- Page 1+ is scheduled to launch on July 26, 2022. To ensure faculty course materials are up to date it is recommended that any links to library materials are reviewed and changed prior to the start of classes. The library team is here to help with this process.
Questions about Page 1+? FAQs, tutorials and much more will be added to this page on the library website. Contact the library team at libraries@sl.on.ca or Leigh Cunningham, Associate Director, Libraries and Learning Centres.
