Action Learning Opportunities

Students have completed projects for community clients in the areas of business, skilled trades, health, community services, computing, and the creative arts. Applying principles of behavioural economics to projects in which behaviours of a consumer are required to change, in areas such as marketing, human resources, industry, finance, public policy, sustainability, or health care.

Students develop creative and innovative solutions to real world community problems such as poverty, assisting marginalized populations, and challenges to community services and healthcare by utilizing the Design Thinking Model.

Development of apps, videogames, and gamified apps for community organizations and businesses.
